What is Title IX?
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 prohibits discrimination based on sex in education and activities in federally funded schools, colleges, and universities. Title IX applies to women and men, students and employees.
Yes Means Yes: Consent Law
Together we can make sure that when sex happens it is a positive experience for everyone involved. This positive experience is based upon consent, a mutual agreement by both parties involved in every action that occurs along the way. Consent means both of you are ready and willing to share that moment and that both of you have control over what that moment will be like. In other words, both people have to say 鈥淵es鈥� and to continue to say 鈥淵es鈥� as the interactions continue 鈥� this is what healthy intimacy is all about!
The Complaint Process
萌妹视频 takes all complaints of sexual harassment and sexual violence very seriously. We understand that it can be difficult for victims or those who have witnessed a violation to come forward and file a complaint, and we鈥檝e attempted to simplify the process as much as possible.
